The reporter learned yesterday that Zhuhai Yuexin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. invested 3.5 billion yuan to build the Zhuhai Yuexin Semiconductor High end RF and FCBGA Packaging Plate Production and Manufacturing Project (hereinafter referred to as "Yuexin Project"), which will enter the production stage as scheduled. The B1 plant officially starts installation and enters the equipment commissioning stage, and part of the A1 plant is in the process of equipment installation. According to the construction progress, it is estimated that the project will be completed and put into production by the end of 2024, and the annual output value will reach 3.5 billion yuan.

In the B1 plant of Yuexin project, 16 six axis circuit board NC drilling machines are in operation, and the machines are roaring. Workers are skilled in operating these advanced production equipment from Germany, and the production workshop is busy.

Zhuhai Yuexin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhuhai Yueya Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yueya Semiconductor"). Yueya Semiconductor, as the first company to produce IC packaging carrier plates among domestic mainland investment enterprises, is the first enterprise in the world to realize the mass production of "coreless" packaging carrier plates by using the "copper pillar layer adding method". The Yuexin project is an important project invested again in Zhuhai after Zhuhai Yueya Semiconductor Co., Ltd. and Nantong Yueya Semiconductor Project were expanded. "After the Yuexin project is put into operation, Yueya Semiconductor will become a semiconductor packaging carrier solution provider serving global customers with a variety of processes, product lines and factories. The project is fully completed and put into production, with an estimated annual output value of 3.5 billion yuan." Xie Fengxia, deputy general manager of Yueya Semiconductor, said that the project will help the company to continue to maintain its advantages of the world's first supply of RF packaging carrier plates, the industry's first supply of embedded packaging carrier plates, and the country's first supply of FCBGA packaging carrier plates.

The on-time operation of the Yuexin project is an acceleration of the project after 16 days of "starting with the land", 50 days of capping the first plant and 90 days of capping the second plant. It is a vivid practice for Fushan Industrial Park to implement "industry first" and accelerate the construction of Fushan Industrial City.
