The main production plant of Zhuhai Yuexin Project A1 was successfully capped

On March 8, the "Yueya Speed" set a new record again, and the A1 plant of Zhuhai Yuexin Project was successfully capped 90 days after the commencement. The Yuexin project ushered in an important construction node again after the B1 plant was capped at a rate of 50 days. The capping of the two main buildings means that Zhuhai Yuexin has officially entered the internal installation stage, ensuring that the doubled Via Post capacity will be used in July for 4G/5G radio frequency chips and other chip packaging carriers and doubled FCBGA packaging carriers for high-end digital chips, so as to quickly meet the urgent needs of domestic and foreign customers in technology and capacity in 2022.
